- Good and wrong answers go to LEARNINGS.md as a reusable pattern: what was done, why, and when to reuse it.
- Decisions go to DECISIONS.md and loose notes to an inbox, in one step, without stopping the work.
- Works from one short phrase, typed or sent by a Stream Deck key.
- Reads before it writes and skips duplicates. Asks one short question only when "that" could mean two things.
- Never writes passwords or personal data; it says what it skipped.
