A sanity check for a project's state files: stale tasks, contradictions, drift and leaked secrets, sorted by how much they matter.
What it does
- Finds tasks still open that a decision says are done, decisions overruled later, and index rows that point at missing files.
- Scans for passwords, tokens and personal data, and reports where they are without quoting them.
- Checks skills for size limits and flags any changed since they were last tested.
- Reads hooks and settings without changing them, and flags any that send data off the PC.
- Fixes only low-risk items itself and asks about the rest.
